THE DOCTOR

Doctor Zielinski began fishing these waters in 1973. In an effort to learn more about the area and to catch more fish, he entered the University of Texas and finished with a doctorate in Biology and Science Education.

After academic pursuits and 17 years of guiding Lake Ontario and the Niagara River for trophy trout and salmon, he returns to his beloved Texas Coast.

Doc was chosen to be Captain of the American Team in the 2005 World Carp Tournament held on the St. Lawrence River in New York in June. By the way - the American Team WON!

DOCTOR'S ORDERS

Doctor's Orders is a 30-foot Penn Yan with an 11-foot beam. She is equipped with two 350hp engines and pocket drives to get you into the shallows. She is Coast Guard inspected, fully insured and sanitized after every trip.  She has a private stand-up head and is very accommodating to women and children. She is truly one of the most versatile vessels on the mid-Texas Coast!

We use the very best navigation equipment aboard Doctor's Orders. Her navigation equipment includes LORAN, GPS, Dual SONARs, RADAR, and radios.

Doctor's Orders is a very comfortable and safe vessel.  

DOCTOR'S ORDERS PATHFINDER

Fish the skinny water with Doc on his new 22' Pathfinder Tournament Pro. Stalk trout and Redfish in the numerous bays surrounding Rockport, Texas. All equipment and bait are provided.  Fish cleaning at the end of the day at no additional charge.  Bring your lunch, drinks, sunscreen and camera to enjoy a great day fishing on the bays.
